It was SUPER hard to pay attention to pay attention this week. I mean, they can't seriously think we are going to listen to a teacher talk when there's Holiday music on the radio, Christmas lights up everywhere, and I feel like wearing a Santa Hat every day.
So, yesterday, I went Rock Climbing.
My sister has become my coach.
Its gotten much harder in the last few days, because she doesn't let me put ANY weight in the rope, EVEN if I'm just taking a break. So, the good news is, I should get better faster...
Apparently on Nick they've created an Angry Birds short...
I have no comment.
Alright, so I really don't get why I keep going to bed so late.
I mean, I go to bed, then I wake up early in the morning.
WHY?
My body needs to figure out that I'm on break because I'm getting really tired of going to bed at twelve and getting up at 630.

So, lately I've been neglecting my guitar playing.
Because
1. (as I said in my last post) I'm busy and
2. Because I am tired of being on the "plateau"
Yeah, apparently that's what its called when you are sitting there working away and not getting any better,
That's where you're supposed to do all of your learning.
But I hate it.
I'm sure that I've mentioned this probably more than once, but I have ZERO patience. Not that I'm going to give it up or anything, but I get bored with stuff really fast. I mean, I'll just be sitting there, reading something, and all of a sudden, I look up and start playing my guitar. I kinda remind myself of Doug from Up...

I'm not sure why, but lately, in one of my classes, I get REALLY sleepy during it. I mean, I don't know if its because its right after lunch, or because the room is always a bit warm, but I find it SUPER hard to pay attention when my eyes are getting heavy.

So, lately, my parents (and I) have been hooked on this show called "The Walking Dead" its on AMC, and its about Zombies and the apocalypse, its pretty interesting.
But the point is, I think the show is rubbing off on me a bit, considering the other night I heard a noise and my first thought was

Now, before you say ANYTHING, take into consideration that it was like three in the morning and I was half asleep.
But ITS NOT JUST ME, my Mom and I were at the grocery store one day, and this woman shuffles by...
I looked at mom

and believe it or not, I was right.
I've recently taken an interest in the music by the All American Rejects. I mean, I've always liked them, but I'm eagerly waiting for the holidays so I can get an iTunes gift card and blow it all in one sitting.
Even though I probably spend too much money on iTunes, I always feel like I'm getting jipped. Because, you don't ACTUALLY get anything... you can listen to the song on Youtube.
That's why I like gift cards, but again, I have NO patience, so I usually end up buying the songs anyways.
I did nearly all of my holiday shopping online at 8:00 last night. After nearly having a meltdown because they raised the prices for the holidays, I went ahead and bought the stuff anyway.
Who cares? They're for my friends. And if you are one of the people that I bought a gift for, pretend like you never read this because I wouldn't have bought it if I didn't want to. :)

So this morning, I was channel surfing when I came across this game show on CBS. So, I watched it for an hour because I had nothing better to do with my time.
But, anyway,
So, when you went to the show, you had to dress up in crazy costumes. Then, if you were picked, the hosts would ask you if you had a certain item.
WELL,
for starters, this one guy dressed up as Popeye, and he got $100 for bringing a can of spinach.
But what REALLY amazed me, is that this girl (I really don't know what her costume was) was asked if she had a tortilla, and guess what, SHE DID.
So they gave her $500 dollars.

Yesterday, I went to the Arboretum to do some photography there. This was AWESOME because I just got the Nikon D3100!!!!!!

Nah, I'm not trying to, but it was lots of fun. There was like nobody there probably because it was like 40 degrees and it was gross outside. BUT

I really don't understand why people do that, I mean, isn't it obvious that you're obstructing someones picture when you're standing RIGHT where a camera is pointed? *sigh*, I guess people just don't care.

You ever played a Spyro the dragon game? They were always pretty fun, but when it got into the Legend of Spyro Series, then it got amazing. Anyway, so they finished the trilogy of the games, and for like four years, all was silent. But lately, they've come out with this game called Skylanders- Spyro's Adventures. Its this game where you can get these toys, and put them on this game pad, and that makes your toy "come to life" in the game.
Well, the game seems fun and all, but I think they've sold the rights to Spyro considering that he went from being this animated character that had a vivid personality and was a relate able character, to this thing that runs around and grunts all the time.
Whatever, if you like the game, that's awesome for you, because I'm not saying that the games bad, I'm just saying that I will always remain as a fan of the original Spyro.
Ahem, ahem, now that that's out of my system...

Tuesday was Pajama Day and if you didn't know what I wore to that, I would be seriously concerned.
Wednesday was Twin Day, so two of my friends and I went as triplets.
Thursday was Cartoon Character Day, and I wore a Harry Potter costume. I REALIZE that Harry Potters not a cartoon, but I didn't have anything else, and if you wanted to get technical, they DID make a Harry Potter cartoon.
Plus, its Harry Potter, so that makes it okay.
Friday, we wore our school colors.

In case you DONT know, Assassin is basically a game where you get someones name, and you have to get them in a room alone, then you tell them, "you're dead".
Basic as it sounds, this game causes many people high anxiety.
Things get intense.
So, I've played it twice and I can honestly say that I'm just about as good as a rabbit would be, and this is a NORMAL rabbit, not a demented bunny...
*Sigh*
Anyway, I was struck with a sudden curiosity of what house I would be in at Hogwarts, so I took quizzes online, and apparently, in a bunch of them, I tied for points between Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff. Yes, this is how I spend my free time.

Anyway, my guitar has a built in tuner, which I attempted to use, however unfortunately due to both my dinosaur hands and lack of ability, my guitar now sounds as if someone has stepped on an angry cat.
it sounded so much better before I messed with it.

So yesterday, I decided to play my guitar outside for a bit. It was going great, my not yet screwed up guitar was being strummed quite nicely. That is, until it rained.

- The Magical Dinosaur with Wings
I'll be one of the first people to admit that my cat is in interesting character. She's a one of a kind.
See, in the living room, we have a rocking chair, and two couches. On one of the couches, there is a blanket.
Sassy (my cat) believes that both the blanket and chair is hers (she also thinks my rooms belongs to her, but I'm not going to get into that now).
One problem with that, she can't be on both the chair and blanket at the same time.
My Yorkie, Romeo, also enjoys both the chair and blanket. Well, Romeo is being quite a daring dog here because Sassy is the alpha cat. She DOES NOT like having anyone on the chair and blanket but her.
So, how does she protect both places. Here's an example-
The sun is peaking its way up behind the houses. Inside one house, a human walks over to let her Yorkie out of his crate.
The instant she releases the latch on the crate, a cat comes tearing across the living room, sprinting towards a rocking chair. She lays down on it.
The Yorkie walks over to the couch, wanting to relax as well, he jumps on the couch and lays down on a blanket. The cat sits up she stares at the Yorkie, her expression showing absolute hatred. Her eyes are like rays of fire, burning into the Yorkie's back as he sleeps. The Yorkie lifts his head as well. He looks at the cat and jumps off.
So, what's the main point of this story?
Sassy gives Romeo the look of death if he jumps on either the chair or blanket. (Really, it even scares me sometimes!)
Once, Romeo was daring. Sassy was on the chair, and Romeo leaped up.
If Romeo so much as comes near the chair, Sassy's ears flatten on her head and she swats out with her paw in attempt to hit Romeo in the face and send him away from the chair.
That's our cat, she is a one of a kind.
I never realized how frightening Roosters can be. I was at this show, and it was one of their first times doing it, and I guess they had a hard time controlling the roosters because they (at the most random times) would run in a circle across the stage. Well, once there was a volunteer, and they were about to step off of the stage, but before they could, here comes the roosters. They literally charge towards the volunteer. I can't blame her for this, because I would have totally done the same thing; the volunteer took a step back. Unfortunately, they had a small river-like thing on the stage. The volunteer steps back and falls straight into the water. The water wasn't too deep though, so she only really got her shoes wet. They take her back stage. Later, she tries to exit the stage, but, of coarse, the roosters randomly ran across the stage, and she runs backstage again.
I can honestly say that I would most likely have reacted much more severe to the raging roosters.
They can be quite scary.
Since this story goes with the previous one, here is another story-
I wanted to go in the backyard to play wall ball a bit. I told my Step Dad, who told me not to fall in the pool. I agreed and went outside. I played a bit, throwing the ball against the wall and catching it when it came back. Once the ball went to far, so I stepped back (I think you can see where this story is going). I fell into the pool up to my chest. I got out and was completely soaked. I walked back inside to get changed. After, I went back to my Step Dad.
"I fell into the pool" I said. He looks at me.
"Seriously?"
I think its time this blog got a few more followers.

Our Math Teacher put on a fake mustache in class today, then some of us students decided to do the same (because we had made them all today), an interesting class it was.
You look over and see a woman with a shoe on her hand. She lifts the shoe up and slowly moves around, you indicate to your friend what the woman is doing. You both sit there a bit confused before the woman quickly brings down the shoe. You now realize what she was doing with it.
